Do you have problems getting off to sleep or wake up in the night and cannot get back to sleep?

In this day and age, many people come to me with problems sleeping. I have found that hypnotherapy suggestions are very effective in dealing with insomnia and most sleep problems.

I usually suggest more than one session although the occasional client has reported that the one session was enough to break the pattern of sleepless nights. Please see the positive Google Maps Review for this problem online.

Stress, worry, over-work and general anxieties can cause insomnia and therefore those issues can be tackled too, if necessary, by additional sessions. Occasionally, you may have various symptoms as well as insomnia and, in this case, I may suggest a course of Hypnoanalysis.
